History of k:zwei

In 2005 Christian Kunst completes his studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration as Mag. rer. soc. oec.

The Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) was founded in 1898 and is the largest business university in Europe.

2005 - 2010 Qualification as tax advisor

Working experience in three different law firms of different sizes (including BDO), with Christian Kunst becoming a partner at "Meßner & Kunst OG" in the 7th district of Vienna.

In 2010 Tax consultant examination

The Chamber of Tax Consultants and Auditors (KSW) is the sole authority for tax consultant and auditor examinations and for conferring professional qualification.

In 2011 Foundation of tax consulting company kzwei

After purchasing the client stock of another firm in Gmünd the company k:zwei is established on the first floor of the Bank Austria building at Stadtplatz 6 in Gmünd.

2018 Moving to the current head office

Due to the constant growth of the firm, the office at Stadtplatz 6 soon became too small. A large residential building at Litschauerstraße 34 in Gmünd is purchased and converted into an office building.

2021 Re-foundation

K:zwei is converted from a sole proprietorship to a KG, in which Christian Kunst's wife Alena holds a share.

2022 An office is opened in Wörschach

K:zwei sets up another office in Wörschach in Styria.

2024 New partner at k:zwei

Philipp Scherzer, MSc joins k:zwei Steuerberatungsgesellschaft as a partner.
